We’ve answered some of the most common questions about shopping, orders, delivery, payments, and returns to help you get quick assistance.


🛒 Orders and Shopping

1. How do I place an order on BMart Dronagiri?
You can place an order directly through our website or mobile app. Simply browse products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation once payment is completed.

2. Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders easily, save addresses, and receive special offers.

3. Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can modify or cancel it by contacting our support team at bmartdronagiri2025@gmail.com or 079772 77468. Once an order is shipped, changes cannot be made.

4. What should I do if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you can click on “Notify Me” (if available) or check back later. We restock popular items regularly.


💳 Payments and Billing

5. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible locations.

6. Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through trusted and encrypted payment gateways. Your financial information is never stored or shared by BMart Dronagiri.

7. Why was my payment declined?
This could be due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or network errors. Please verify your details and try again, or use an alternate payment method.


🚚 Shipping and Delivery

8. How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually delivered the same day. Orders after that are delivered the next working day. For some locations, delivery may take 2–4 days.

9. What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free for orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 may have a small delivery fee, which will be shown at checkout.

10. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive SMS or email updates. You can also track your order in the “My Orders” section of the app or website.

11. What if I am not home during delivery?
Our delivery team will attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful after two attempts, your order may be returned to our store. You can reschedule delivery by contacting support.


📦 Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

12. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bmartdronagiri2025@gmail.com with your order ID and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

13. Which products are not eligible for return?
Perishable items like fruits, vegetables, dairy, and bakery goods cannot be returned unless damaged or expired on arrival. Hygiene and personal care items are also non-returnable once opened.

14. How long does it take to get a refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment method.

15. How do I create or log in to my account?
Click on “Sign In” or “Register” on the homepage, enter your details, and verify with your phone or email. Once registered, you can manage addresses, track orders, and view your order history.

16. I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on “Forgot Password?” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it using your registered email or phone number.

17. How do I contact customer support?

Yes! You can download the BMart Dronagiri App on Google Play or the Apple App Store to shop faster, track orders, and enjoy exclusive discounts.
